Find your one thing

Last week I shared maxim number 4 with you: Do as I do is much more powerful than do as I say.

As promised, here is this weeks maxim for you.

#5 Find your one thing

One of my favourite books on productivity is ‘the one thing’.

It’s an effortless read with a crucial message.

“Don’t be a Jack of all trades, master at none.”

As a fitness professional, you have to figure out your niche.

Who do you help best, and how?

I help fitness enthusiasts become fitness professionals.

Simple right?

No, not really. It took me years to figure that out.

But once I did, everything became more manageable, whilst I became much better at my job.

It is significantly easier to become great at one thing, helping you stand from all the noise.

Trying to help and please everyone is stressful and inefficient.

Please take the time to read this article I wrote in 2019. It contains a great lesson on what happens when you try to please everyone.

It might take you some time to figure out your niche, but it will be worth it in the end.

If you need help finding your niche, check out my Bulletproof Business Course.

It contains thousands of pounds worth of business coaching and experience gathered from the last ten years of my career.
