Course Overview

If you are looking to kick start your career in the health and fitness industry, this nationally accredited qualification is for you. The Level 2 Gym Instructor Course is the minimum qualification that you need to gain employment as a fitness instructor in a gym environment. The course will give you the skills and confidence to safely plan and instruct exercise sessions within a gym environment using a combination of cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines, free weights and body weight exercises.
