Kettlebell Circuit for Strength, Endurance and Fat Loss (Part-1)
If you fancy a total body strength and endurance workout then try this kettlebell circuit out. You can do it in your home or in your garden.
After a 5-10-minute workout complete each exercise for 30-seconds followed by a 30-second rest. Rest for 1-2 minutes then repeat for a total of three rounds. The circuit involves some big movements so will be great for ramping up your metabolism and flooding your brain with mood-boosting hormones.
