This course is delivered on a one to one basis with a tutor, which gives you the opportunity to begin studying immediately and the flexibility to study around your work and family commitments. Once you have registered, you are assigned your own personal tutor who guides you through your qualifications, assessing you throughout the courses whilst giving you support via email, telephone and face to face tutorials. All your tutorials and practical assessments can be booked in
Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm. The course takes approximately 6-8 weeks to complete but can be fast tracked if needed.
The course is broken down into 4 units:
- Unit 1 – Anatomy and Physiology for Exercise
- Unit 2 – Applying the Principles of Nutrition to a Personal Training Session
- Unit 3 – Programming Personal Training Sessions
- Unit 4 – Delivering Personal Training Sessions
